About Inpactor ICO

The Inpactor platform is an initiative by Incitement, a social business that has been implementing CSR initiatives for some of the world's largest brands (Pepsico, L'Oreal, Nestle, FedEx, and many more) for the past 6.5 years, and is a trusted government partner with the Malaysian Ministry of Finance, and has communities in 46 countries. Inpactor is the world’s first one-stop platform connecting Brands to Causes to Volunteers, allowing them to easily create and implement humanitarian Projects, and earn incentives for their effort and performance. Inpactor is the underpinning technology that provides a scalable solution for Incitement’s approach to CSR. Not only will it allow for the creation of more social impact - as anyone to use the platform free of charge! - it also allows for better and more consistent solution design for the stakeholders’ challenges. The Inpactor platform is launching this coming May, and is the world’s first one-stop shop for Corporate Social Responsibility. "95.4% of charitable donations never reach their intended beneficiaries” Shocking reports by The Guardian, Giving USA and the World Disasters Report3 reveal the sad truth:  In 2015 alone, out of roughly $373 billion in donations, only $11.2 billion was channeled to affected states. Another $5.9 billion went to local NGOs. While a staggering $355.9 billion went towards “overheads”. That's a shocking 95.4% of funds disappearing into thin air - a number that holds consistent year after year.  Introducing Inpactor Inpactor is the world’s first one-stop platform connecting Brands to Causes to Volunteers, allowing them to easily create and implement humanitarian Projects, and earn incentives for their effort and performance. Inpactor aims to level-up the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) industry by presenting a new ecosystem of smart humanitarianism. Parts of this platform will be underpinned by the blockchain and complemented with CSR Tokens, allowing us to present a new ecosystem of smart humanitarianism, tackling 5 key industry-wide issues that have been pestering the humanitarian industry for decades: 1. More financial transparency
Financial transparency is one symptom of the current broken model that Inpactor can address. Using Distributed Ledger Technology, Inpactor will create financial transparency in the funding process between Brands and Causes.  2. ReliabilityAside from more transparency, more reliability in collaborations is required in the humanitarian industry, and this can be achieved in a variety of ways. On Inpactor, every Project will be built upon a smart contract customised to that specific Project, to faciliate a more transparent, measurable, and reliable implementation and outcome. 3. Reporting
& accountabilityInpactor introduces a concept called Proof of Impact (PoI). Not only does Inpactor offer impact measurement tools to Causes, but also can the platform confirm accuracy of reports through voting done by the Volunteers involved in the Project. Based on whether or the impact deliverables can be validated, the Cause will receive a Performance Fee, creating a clear incentive for Cause to deliver, otherwise the smart contract will simply execute a partial refund to the Brand. 4. Measuring ROI on CSR initiatives Brands receive CSRm incentive upon funding a Project as a reward for social impact creation. Brands can then spend its CSRm on advertising or premium features inside the Inpactor platform, creating direct ROI on their CSR inititiatives. Alternatively CSRm can be staked to accrue fixed interest. Volunteers can earn small amounts of CSRm by participating in Projects, which can be traded on the exchange, making CSRm the first token that can only be earned through social impact creation (post-ICO that is, of course). 5. Governance
Lastly, to tackle the single most important (and complex) issue in the humanitarian industry, Inpactor will implement a Distributed Governance Framework (DGF) to give token holders a say in the overall direction of the organisation, allowing them to vote on strategic topics, making Inpactor a platform that is built by the community, and governed by the community.  Inpactor is a platform by Incitement; the next-generation social tech business that has been designing and implementing large-scale, multi-national Corporate Social Responsibility programmes across Southeast Asia for some of the world's largest brands and institutions (Pepsico, L'Oreal, Cummins, FedEx, Nestlé, CIMB, Malaysian Ministry of Finance, and many more). Incitement has been locally and globally recognised for its work, and the Incitement team has received a wide variety of awards for their work with Incitement, such as the Forbes 30 Under 30 Award, Top Real Leaders 100, Most Innovative Entrepreneurs, Social Progress Award 2016, UN Habitat, and many more.
